What kind of problem does Venezuela have with oil that can be solved with outside money? The way I see it, Chavez solved the problem of global pigs ripping off Venezuela, so it's those greedy pigs who have the problem, and rightly so.If you had 10 BILLION dollars to use towards the problems with oil in venezuela, what would you do?

Hire assassins to do in Chavez. Hugo is ruining the country. And this would cost a lot less than $10 billion.
Put 10 billion toward alternative fuel sources. R%26amp;D and infrastructure overhaul would be a must. With a reduced need for oil, political problems with Venezuela would be a non issue. The US has vast oil reserves in Alaska. I'm guessing that 5 billion would have to be put toward environmental protection.
Build another refinery.
If I had 拢10bn to spend on energy problems, I'd spend it on trying to find ways to use less of it.





Since you ask in dollars, I'd guess that Venezuela has no problems with oil - it's the USA that has the problem!
There are no problems with oil in Venezuela...........There are problems with oil here in the USA, because our oil companies import most of our oil and it is expensive because our dollar is worthless!
