Oil problems with my car?

the car didnt mark the oil pressure was low. Then it started to make weird bang bang bang noises, it wasnt speeding right, so i stop into a gas station and imediately put oil in it. I started the car with the new oil in and let it run on low for a while, i gave it a lap run and was still doing the same thing... Would it be fixed or would i have to change the engine of the car...?Oil problems with my car?
First if there isn't enough oil in that engine you can seize that engine up very quickly. Second, if that engine is making the noise that you are describing and what I am assuming it is, YOU HAVE A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM! That noise is the beginning of the engine blowing up. Chances are you are going to need a new engine or a complete engine rebuild which either can be costly depending on your skills. Rebuilding an engine is not really something you want to tackle yourself with limited knowledge, tools, time and a place to do it. You need a fairly clean environment to rebuild an engine. But getting a new or refurbished engine can be costly. But in my opinion you should not drive it until you have it checked out by a mechanic or someone who knows something about vehicles and engines.Oil problems with my car?
HI

???

Did you check the oil dip stick to see if there was oil in it or did you just throw a quart or 2 in it?? they hold 5 quarts of oil.

If you ran it with very low oil or no oil the motor is most likely shot..

good luck

Need more info. (year, make, model of vehicle, define the bang noise..) Only thing I can of at this point is that your engine is misfiring and you may need a tune up. Without more info, thats it...
well really more info is needed but it sounds like you could have a serious problem
