the transmission needs to be looked at. the computer has something to do with the trans. and the check engine light this could be about $2000 just for trans alone. get someone to check the computer first.
As far as the oil change your pcv valve but for the shaking try a tune up or look see if u have a broke motor mount bye putting tin drive the reverse with the hood up and of course your foot on the brake have some one watch the motor does it rock alot
