irrespective of the billions that will be lost in the oil industry-- is it not time for the benefit of all in the long run?Is it not time due to oil and environmental problems- to bring out the alternative inventions regarding fuels?

The challenge is how to present and manufacture an alternative idea and not be bought out or hampered by your already established and VERY rich and powerfull competition.
(I think the trick is to figure out a way to accent the current fuel choice and then when the time is right, switch over entirely, case in point soy based or grain based fuel options) It'll happen when Gas gets so expensive that the alternatives are more cost effective. Stay optimistic God bless
