Take the temperature of the turkey as long as it didn't fall below 180 you should be fine - start by heating the oven to 425 and once it is hot put turkey in cook at this temp for 30 minutes then reduce to 325 for last 1 1/2 hours it should be OK. BE sure juices run clear and meat is evenly heated to 190 at the thickest point. Good Luck!

Problems with oven smoke from oil/butter. I turned off oven 45mn to clean? do I have any cooking concerns?
