Has anyone had problems with burning oil in a 2002 mercedes c320?

I've been told that my experience with going through oil is common in this model / year and want to know if they're telling the truth. I bought the car with less than 50k miles in Feb and have had several oil-related problems with it already...Has anyone had problems with burning oil in a 2002 mercedes c320?
Yes but it was S320. Usually in hot weather Benz may run a little hotter with A/C on which in turn wears out valve steam seals. If there is no problem with the engine you should be fine just replacing those.And if you do it yourself you'll be a much better off than taking it anywhere.Has anyone had problems with burning oil in a 2002 mercedes c320?
EVERY Benz burns oil....its a given for any year or model.
