Do you think that Bush is making problems in the middle east to drive up oil prices?

Why make problems for iran if they have nuks who are we to tell them not to have themDo you think that Bush is making problems in the middle east to drive up oil prices?
I think Iran even if they had nukes would be a little match coming up against with our the ocean. Iran couldn't in a million years compete with our nuclear arsenal. Stop letting republican rhetoric keep you in fear all of your life.

But let's keep Iran in check none the less!

Bye Bye Miss American pie drove my Chevy to the levy but the levy was High. In fact, I can't afford gas. While the rich @#$% get richer.Do you think that Bush is making problems in the middle east to drive up oil prices?
Of course not! President Bush, unlike Bill Clinton, is using everyday of his presidency to promote peace and freedom and is trying to get the leaders of the Middle East to come together and help one another. President Bush is not making trouble for Iran - Iran wants to 'blow Israel off the face of the earth!' Iran is making trouble! Don't you care about the people of Israel? Don't you see them as humanbeings like everybody else? Iran hates Israel. Do we just ignore their threats? No__, we stand up and do all that we can to promote peace and get other countries to help. President Bush is a great President! I applaud him for using his time to promote peace around the world.
No, I think he is doing it so we don't get nuked when Obama becomes president.

There was an investigation into the possibility of collusion and the investigation deemed it was not a factor in the rising cost of oil, instead it was the rising demand for oil that is making prices increase. Not that I think those rich people in oil should be so stinking rich but still, got to identify the problem if you intend to fix it.
Seriously? How many stories with direct quotes need to come out?

All three of these contain direct quotes mentioning the end of Israel's existence (one even mentions the US).

Now, I realize that many other countries have nukes, but since the Cold War, who else has PROMISED to use them? No one. He's told us time and time again that he plans to use them. There's a difference between North Korea's defiance of the G8 in their desire to attain nukes, but Iran has straight up told us what they plan to do with them. So, regardless of whether you think he's bluffing or not (3,000 centrifuges located underground and in impenetrable bunkers is a pretty bold bluff), we can't sit idly by and wait to see what happens when his first one goes online.

He's mentioned more than once the depth of his personal faith as well, and it's not too far off from the very same people who find it perfectly acceptable to blow themselves up in the name of martyrdom. I think it's better to prepare that he's embraced this mantra as a world leader as well, and sees no problem with sacrificing himself and the rest of Iran for the sake of making a point and clearing the way for radical Islam. It's one thing when a rogue tribal leader tells you to blow up a mosque, but when a world leader follows through, it essentially validates every crime they have committed, and all those in the future against humanity.

Prepare for the worst, but hope for the best. I don't see the rational Iranians speaking out as much just yet. I'm sure they have no desire to be nuked, and as evil as everyone likes to believe our government is or Israel is, I truly don't believe they're looking to wipe out a whole country anytime soon either.

I certainly hope that no one's waiting until it's too late to find out though.
Not at all.

He is trying to prevent even worse problems.

Are you really comfortable with the idea that somebody who is willing to sacrifice the lives of his own people (';involuntary martyrs';) having nuclear weapons?!?!
who we are to tell them is the people they have already attacked both here and abroad.as long as iran has a religious goverment instead of a secular goverment they can not be trusted with nukes
Not at all. Iran is a very dangerous country. He is doing the right thing.
