You've asked enough questions on this Blaster. Buy a repair manual before you touch anything. If you can't afford a manual, you have no business trying to fix your bike. Before you pull the flywheel off, make sure the coils are bad. Check the resistance of the coils. This is done with an ohm meter. One coil should have around 1100 ohms and the other should have around 500 ohms.

Your ';oil block off ket'; is probably why your bike isn't running. You shouldn't have touched anything being that you don't know what you are doing. What is a oil block off ket? Did you disconnect the oil injection and are now mixing the gas? If you were wanting to disconnect the oil injection, all you had to do was pull the clutch cover off and remove the gear on the oil injection pump. How would i change the coils on a yamaha blaster? Also oil problems.?
