Oil burner problems?

I have a water boiler that I just power vented, the controll relay is a ck 63 the boiler has a 7184b relay,,I got the boiler to fire but when it goes to refire the motor just runs than will not fire again,,,the wireing is corrrect ane all tests pass,,,is their something im missing, ,,the relay on the boiler goes into lockout mode,,,Oil burner problems?
common lock out problem is failure for sensing unit to ';see'; the high spectrum white light. TEMPORARILY by-pass the safety at control and try a restart, if it will fire , check alignment , then using ohm. meter check sensor value of control as it is burning. good place to start...

## You changed the nozzle to a hollow and did not adjust the electrode gap? Thats another thing you have to do. Why such a different nozzle?Oil burner problems?
did it do this before you powered the vent ? may be tw0 much air flow,
Check the electric eye that sneses the flame. If it doesn't detect falme after a couple of seconds, the burner will not ignite, and it shuts down. Some burners have a flame rod...same thing. Check the placement of the flame sensing rod, if this is the case. I may be that there is no flame detection from the pilot, so the gas valve won't open, and your ignition system shuts off.
Sounds like a transformer problem if the motor runs and you smell oil but get no ignition.Test the transformer. I don't think you have a cad cell problem because the unit is locking out when it doesn't fire-It is suppose to do that . If the trans is ok test the control for power to the trans.
